Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi - Haridwar
Arrive at Delhi ( Pick up will be organized at Nizamuddin station ) at 06.00 am, &
move to Haridwar On reaching Haridwar, check-in to your hotel. In the evening,
to the hotel for dinner and stay at night
Day 2: Haridwar – Barkot (205 Km / 7 to 8 Hours)
This morning, you depart for Barkot is a beautiful hill station which is located on the foot of Yamunotri. On arrival at Barkot, check-in to your hotel Rest of the day is free to relax and store your energy for the Pahad (hiII) Yatra of Yamunotri the next day. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot.
Day 3: Barkot-Yamunotri – Barkot (48 Km / 2 Hours or start trek)
After breakfast, depart for Hanumanchatti (40 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). Here you will begin the First Pahad Yatra of Yamunotri (6 Km trek). You have an option of hiring palki or a horse for your trek. (Cost Not Included).Hot water springs. Ovrnight at barkot.
Day 4: Barkot - Uttarkashi (85 Km/ 3 Hours )
After breakfast check out from the Barkot hotel and drive to Uttarkashi. On
arrival check in into the hotel. Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams. In
the evening, Visit the famous Vishwanath Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Km / 3 to 4 Hours)
Early morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Gangotri. Nestled in the magnificent Garhwal Himalayas, Gangotri is set at an altitude of 3048 m. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Visit the Gangotri Temple. The 18th century’s temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite. After performing Pooja Late afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

After breakfast leave for Sitapur the base camp of kedarnath. overnight at sitapur
Day 7: Kedarnath darshan
Today we visit the holy shrine of Kedarnath, you can choose to walk or ride horse / palkhi ( 14 kms one way ). Helicopter bookings are subject to availability. You can also book it online in advance. Overnight at Sitapur.
Day 8: Free day / Trijuginarayan Darshan
Today we visit Triyuginarayan temple, temple located in the Triyuginarayan
village in Rudraprayag district, Uttarakhand. The ancient temple is dedicated to god Vishnu. Its fame is credited to the legend of god Shiva’s marriage to goddess Parvati witnessed by Vishnu at this venue and is thus a popular pilgrimage center. Overnight at Sitapur
Day 9: Sitapur - Pipalkoti ( 240 Kms / 8 to 9 Hours)
This morning, you check out of the hotel and proceed to Pipalkoti and stay.
Day 10: Pipalkoti - Badrinath – Pipalkoti (65 Km / 2 to 3 Hours)
This morning, visit Badrinath Temple for Darshan. Later, leave for local
sightseeing at Badrinath. Visit major attractions of Badrinath such as Mana
Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. Overnight at pipalkoti.
Day 11: Pipalkoti – Rishikesh Laxamna zhula –– Haridwar (160 Km / 5 to 6 Hours)
Early morning, after breakfast, you drive downhill to Rishikesh a spiritual city
and the Yoga capital of the world. On reaching Rishikesh, go out for sightseeing. Visit Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Evening drive to Haridwar. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12: Haridwar – Delhi (230 Km / 6 to 7 Hours
After early breakfast we leave for Delhi by bus drop will be done at Delhi airport /Rly Station by bus ( From airport gate taxi is needed to reach respective terminals ) tour concludes.

- Any extra cost incurred due to delay in Flights, Rail, Strike etc incurred due to the Unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Any charges for extra ride, Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is Not part of a set group menu.

Terms And Conditions
- On tour Guests are requested to carry Original & 2 photo copy (xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport / Driving Licence / Voter's ID / Aadhar Card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of Booking.
- Children / Students are requested to carry Original & 2 photo copy (xerox) of School or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the Same at the time of booking.
- The Tour Manager service will start from the First destination of the tour as Mentioned in the itinerary.
- Please make the initial deposit quickly to block the room & seat in the airline to help freeze rates
- First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the amended rates for the hotels
- Any increase in the airfare at the time of ticketing is chargeable
- Any increase in the package cost due to fluctuation in the exchange rate is chargeable
- Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings, for private transfer the cost will be extra
- Universal standard check in timings 1400 hours and checkout is 1200 hours. Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability
- If your package includes a VISA, we will ask you for your original passport, and all related documents required by the VISA office. Visa will be on the sole Discretion of Embassy whether to Grant or Reject, Visa Fee is Non Refundable.
- All passengers need a valid passport for international travel, regardless of the destination, but as some countries require at least six months remaining on the passport, you should check with the consulates of all the countries you are planning to visit prior to your departure, as you may be refused entry if you do not comply.
- All Hotels/Transport rates are based on current tariff and subject to change Without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra.
- Hotel’s Check in & check out time is as per hotel’s policy. Early check in and Late checkout will be at additional cost & subject to availability.
- Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only
- For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount paid 15 Days before commencement of the services. Management personnel's hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

- Cancellations must be intimated to us 30 Days advance in writing Once the booking has been confirmed and processed, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the airline and hotel policy
- 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival date: 30% of total invoice charge
- 15 days to 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total invoice charge
- 7 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of total invoice charge
- In case of no show, 100% of the package cost will be applicable without any refund.
