DAY 02 II In Leh

This morning after breakfast, proceed to visit Shanti Stupa built by Japanese monks to promote world peace. This large hilltop stupa has brightly colored reliefs on its mid-levels and is topped by a spired white hemisphere (smoking is prohibited here). Visit the eye-catching Sankar Gompa monastery. Lastly, visit Leh Palace, dilapidated yet interesting, which was built in the 17th century in the grand tradition of Tibetan architecture.

The rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city.

DAY 03 II On to Nubra Valley (Approx 160 Kms /05 hours drive)

This morning drive to Nubra Valley, popularly known as Dorma or “the valley of flowers” via Khardungla Pass – the world’s one of the highest motorable road. On arrival, check in to the camp.

Later in the afternoon, visit the Diskit Monastery and the giant statue of Maitreya Buddha which is the tallest Buddha statue in Ladakh. Thereafter, visit the white sand dunes at Hunder where you can enjoy the Double Humped Bactrian camel ride (ride on direct payment basis).

DAY 04 II On to Leh

After breakfast, drive back to Leh. En route visit Khardungla Pass which is 39 km away from Leh. Khardung-La which means ‘Pass of Lower Castle,’ is major caravan route from Leh to Kashgar in Central Asia.

The rest of the day is at leisure for various activities. Overnight in Leh. (B, L & D)

DAY 05 In Leh

This morning, after breakfast, visit Alchi (3500 m / 11500 feet), a small village in the Indus Valley, 67 km west of Leh. Abandoned centuries ago the gompa or monastery is known as Chos-kor or religious enclave and comprises of five temples. En route see the majestic Sangam – Confluence (where two rivers meet each other). Zanskar is the river formed from the junction of two streams, Lungnak means “dark gorge” and Stod, which carries the melt water of the great Drang-drung glacier. See the marvelous Magnetic Hill, a gravity hill located near Leh. The hill is alleged to have magnetic properties strong enough to pull cars uphill and force passing

aircraft to increase their altitude in order to escape magnetic interference. Later, visit Military Hall of Fame, a glorious museum constructed by Indian army. You can see biographies of eminent defense personalities, images and weapons used during Kargil war, Siachen and its heroes and their daily instruments and lifestyle of Ladakhi people. You will also visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a beautiful Gurudwara constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, about 25 miles away from Leh and Spituk Monastery a famous for its wide and varied collections of ancient masks, icons, antique arms and numerous Thangkas.

DAY 06 | On to Pangong (Approx 223 Kms / 6 Hours Drive)

This morning after breakfast, proceed to Pangong Tso, a lake which is 134 km long and extends from India to Tibet. 60% of the length of the lake lies in China. During winter, the lake freezes completely, despite being saline water. En route visit Shey Palace, the 15th century summer palace and monastery of Leh’s Royal family; the 800 year old gompa at Thiksey built on a hilltop and modeled on the famous Potala Palace in Lhasa. Before reaching Pangong Lake, you will pass through the Changla, a high mountain pass and the world’s 3rd highest motorable road. It is on the route to Pangong Lake from Leh. The name literally means “Pass towards the South” or “Pass in the South” (Chang = south, La = Pass).

On arrival, check in to the camp. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Pangong. (B, L & D)

DAY 07 | On to Leh

This morning after breakfast, drive around the Pangong Lake and don’t forget to click photos!! Continue your drive to Leh. On arrival, check in to the hotel.

DAY 08 | Depart Leh

Day 1: Bhopal – Panchmarhi (194 km aprox. 5 hrs 30 min.)

On arrival at Bhopal Airport / railway station you will be meet our representatives and transferred to pachmarhi. After check-in hotel, rest day is at leisure for local market (on your own). Overnight stay at pachmahri.

Day 2: Jatashankar, Pandav caves, Gupt Mahdeo temple

After a delicious breakfast, start with Handi khoh. It is the deep point of Pachmahri, Handi khoh a 300 feet height water fall. After it see the Gupt Mahdeo temple and mahadeo temple after it go for Priyadarshini around 5 km from town and now see the Pandav caves and in the last, explore the beauty of Apsara vihar and Silver fall. Overnight stay at pachmahri.

Day 3: Bee fall, apsara vihar, dhoopgarh.

After breakfast travel to satpura national park. At noon take the jungle safari of Satpura national park (On your own expenses). It is one of the best National park in Madhya Pradesh. Return to the hotel for stay overnight at Pachmahri.

Day 4: After breakfast Departure

After breakfast check-out the hotel and you will be transferred at nearest railway station or airport.

In Cherrapunjeebe witness to the gorgeous Seven Sisters (Nohsngithiang) Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a soft cave walk inside the Mawsmai Cave. The limestone cave is a natural wonder with innumerable formations inside it. Also, visit the Ramakrishna Mission. Drive back to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day- 3 Shillong - Mwalynong - Shillong Km: 100 Hrs :3 (One Way)

After breakfast drive to Mwalynong, the cleanest village in Asia (100 km / 3 hrs drive approx), also known as ‘God’s own Garden’. With over 80 households, the village gives the ambiance of walking in a well-maintained park! Climb the 80 ft Sky Walk at Mawlynnong village for a bird’s eye view of the Village, the plantations and faraway plains of Bangladesh. You will also be acquainted to the Khasi lifestyle, their culture, and economy.

A trek to the nearby Rewari Village is another interesting activity. Walk down a flight of almost 100 steps to witness nature’s wonder, living-root bridge. The bridges are tangles of massive thick roots, which the local people inter-twine to form a bridge that can hold several people at a time. The root bridges, maybe up to over a hundred feet long and take ten to fifteen years to become fully functional, but they become very strong in the process. The bridges live and keep growing and strengthen over time. The useful lifespan of the bridges is thought to be 500-600 years.

Later drive to Dawki, a village of the Jaintia community whose prime occupation of fishing. Be mesmerized by the beauty of the Umngotriver, the venue of the annual boat race held during March

April at Umsyiem. The Umngot itself is a prime fishing spot for fishermen of the villages. The river is also famous for its crystal clear water, so clear that when seen from a distance, it appears as if the boat is floating in mid-air! The Umngotriver is the natural boundary between RiPnar or Jaintia Hills with HimaKhyrim of Khasi hills over which is a single-span suspension bridge was This is the gateway to Bangladesh where major export and import transactions take place. Kaziranga National Park is a natural habitat for conservation of biologically diverse flora & fauna. Golconda Fort – is a majestic monument, which lies on the western outskirts of Hyderabad city. Built by Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah in 1525, it is the epitome of Nawabi culture and grandeur. The construction of Golconda fort is believed to have started in 1143 as a mud fort during the rule of the Kakatiya Dynasty. A new attraction at the Fort is the sound and light show that brings the legend of Golconda to life. It is an experience worth watching. The show is presented in English, Hindi and Telugu language.

Charminar – which is an amazing blend of Indo-Islamic architecture. Built

in 1591 CE, the Charminar is a monument and mosque which is a global icon of Hyderabad. It is coined from two words Char and Minar, which translate as Four Towers. It is said that the Charminar was built at the centre of the city to commemorate the eradication of plague.

Mecca Masjid – is one of the oldest mosques in Hyderabad and one of the largest Mosques in India. The aura and sanctity that emanates from the sanctum of Mecca Masjid is said to be simply divine. Founded by Muhammad Quli Qutub Shah, the fifth ruler of Qutub Shahi dynasty, it is said that he himself laid the foundation stone and the bricks used to construct the central arch of the mosque have been made from soil sourced from Mecca.

Salar Jung Museum – of Hyderabad is the world’s largest one-man collection

Gorgeous, silky white sand backed by a forest that provides welcome shade over turquoise waters, some stretches with a sandy bottom good for swimming and some with excellent coral reefs that are great for snorkeling – a great combination indeed. The water at the beach is of exceptional quality as there is almost no turbidity and wave action. To the right side of the beach, is the Blue Lagoon – less crowded and beautiful! The sports lover could indulge in Scuba Diving, Game Fishing, Swimming and many other activities. In fact, Radhanagar beach has some of the best dive centers of Andaman Islands.
